What is the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress in real-time.
How long does shipping take within Europe?
Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may require additional time. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
What is your return policy for Gis and training gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, mouthguards and protective cups cannot be returned once opened.
How do I choose the right size for a Jiu Jitsu Gi?
We provide a comprehensive size chart on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up, as most cotton Gis will experience slight shrinkage after the first few washes.
Do you offer international shipping outside of the EU?
Yes, Kingz Europe ships to many countries outside the European Union. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.
