All returned products must be in original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags intact to be eligible for a refund.

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and hangtags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Kingz Europe
Print your generated return label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location; keep your tracking receipt for reference.

Once our warehouse team inspects the gear to ensure it meets our quality standards, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
